We were very pleased with the organisation, and the fact that everything promised was delivered.  Our guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and responded to our particular interests. On the Black Lagoon Day trip, Bruce and Jason recognised that we were keen strong hikers and gave us the opportunity to take advantage or the hikes in the area, and although we did have to go through you to contact them when conditions changed and we had to return to our starting point, this was never an issue for us, rather we enjoyed the extra opportunity for hiking. On the Crossing the Andes trip, Carlos our guide also recognised we were strong walkers and allowed us to dictate our pace, the food he provided  was plentiful and tasty considering the circumstances.  Also our muleteer Ali, was also very friendly and helpful. I have passed onto our local travel agency that we were very happy with the organisation and the service provided and that we would recommend Natoura to others. We especially appreciated the care that you put into selecting a wonderful guide and the care that he put into making our trek comfortable, enjoyable, and healthy. We’ll never forget the freshly squeezed juice that carried the first day and the mayonnaise that he whipped up out of all natural ingredients and the jars of all natural peanut butter and honey that he managed to locate. We also enjoyed having our tent put up and taken down every day – that certainly freed-up time to enjoy the trip. He also made a special effort to get our tent in a warm and dry location. He also had a way of calming my wife’s fears about going back down. Roraima is a unique destination. We were pleasantly surprised to find that many other trekking adventurers had also chosen Roraima as their destination. It was interesting swapping tales with others on the trip. Roraima is a tepuis of spectaular beauty. Someday we will retrun to the region. Thanks again for making all our connections work out smoothly. I meant to get back to you and thank you for all your help but I was so busy when I got back … I thought the tour was excellent, Victor was a fantastic guide, very well-organised, and the trip was good value for money, interesting, but also very relaxing. Food and accommodation were both very good and I very much appreciated all the help you gave me in getting back to Caracas. The bus was very late, but Holger was able to get me a taxi to get me to my hotel so that I had time for a quick breakfast and shower before the meeting. So all ended well, and of course, that bit wasn’t your fault, all the Natoura bits were perfect! I also want to add how impressed I was with the drivers, they were also excellent. If (or probably when) I come to Venezuela again I will definitely be contacting you to arrange another lovely break for me. With very best wishes.
